We want your purchase to bring you nothing but joy. That's why we offer a full right of withdrawal within 14 days from the moment you receive the item.
Return terms
Deadline — the return must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and clean.
How to make a return?
First, fill out the return form in your profile (it's created automatically once you place an order) or send an email to ivars@obidog.lv, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
There are two ways to return an item. The first — send it to the Domina parcel locker (Omniva or DPD), giving 29460199 as the recipient's phone number. The second — bring it to our workshop in person, contacting us beforehand by phone at 29460199 to arrange a specific time. Return and delivery costs are covered by the customer, except in warranty cases.
Important: customized items
Returns are not available for items made specially to your order — for example, with custom sizes, embroidered names or unique color combinations.
Defect or warranty
If an item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or damage, we cover the delivery costs. In such cases, please include a description of the problem and photos.

Paldies , izcila pavada ! Šī mums jau ir otrā pavada . Iepriekšējā ir 5 metrus gara . Sapratām , ka vajadzētu mazliet garāku un pasūtījām 7.5 metrus garu . Staigājam gan ziemas , gan vasaras mēnešos pavada paliek nemainīga ne sāls uz ceļiem , ne aukstums , ne dubļi neietekmē pavadas kvalitāti . Varu tikai to labāko teikt , paldies !
