You need it once. That once, badly.
Most of the time the tag just hangs off the collar doing nothing. And then the day comes: a gate left open, a thunderstorm, a hare across the field. Your dog is gone, and the only thing that matters now is whether the person who finds him can read your number.
That's why the letters here are raised and filled with colour, not engraved. Engraving in metal wears down and clogs up over time — it goes unreadable exactly when something depends on it. These letters sit above the surface, sealed under clear resin, so they stay where they are.
Your dog doesn't hear it
Metal tags jingle. All day, every step — around the house, at night, at the food bowl. Some dogs get used to it, some don't, and some owners simply take the thing off because they can't listen to it any longer. At which point it's no use to anyone.
This one is plastic with a resin coat. It's light and silent, so it stays on the collar indoors too. And it doesn't rust — take it into the water and forget about it.
The name for everyone. The number only for whoever needs it.
On one side, your dog's name in bright colour — anyone can read it, and that's the point.
On the other side, your phone number, black on black. That was deliberate. The number can't be read from a distance and it can't be read in photos — post as many pictures of your dog online as you like, and your number won't be in any of them.
But for the person holding the tag in their hand, having just found your dog, the digits are perfectly clear. They're large, raised and glossy against a matte background — turn it to the light and they appear on their own.

Return terms
Deadline — the return must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and clean.
How to make a return?
First, fill out the return form in your profile (it's created automatically once you place an order) or send an email to ivars@obidog.lv, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
There are two ways to return an item. The first — send it to the Domina parcel locker (Omniva or DPD), giving 29460199 as the recipient's phone number. The second — bring it to our workshop in person, contacting us beforehand by phone at 29460199 to arrange a specific time. Return and delivery costs are covered by the customer, except in warranty cases.
Important: customized items
Returns are not available for items made specially to your order — for example, with custom sizes, embroidered names or unique color combinations.
Defect or warranty
If an item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or damage, we cover the delivery costs. In such cases, please include a description of the problem and photos.
